Chocolate Emerald
A beautiful, all chocolate colored bird that lay primarily green colored eggs (sometimes blue). This breed is a Floofy Farms exclusive that we have developed to offer our customers a uniquely beautiful bird that is guaranteed female at hatch.
Breed History
Chocolate Emeralds are an exclusive Floofy Farms hybrid breed we have developed. It is a unique all chocolate colored bird with extra fluffiness to boot (muffs and beards). These birds have a walnut comb. They lay primarily green colored eggs (sometimes blue). This cross also allows us to sex the chicks at hatch to offer guaranteed female chicks. This is our first season with Chocolate Emeralds and we will be updating the website with pictures of the birds and eggs soon.
